Really nice room and breakfast, the staff was very nice and helpful, starting with the shuttle service! They picked us up at 2.30am at the airport (Otopeni) without a problem.

We liked the fact that hotel is close to the airport (3 mins by shuttle bus and 10 mins by taxi).

İt is the fourth time I came to this hotel. I like the place, but please, give customers a bottle of water at arrival, especially at night.

We spent the night here after a late night arrival to the Bucharest airport. This hotel was so lovely we booked it again at the end of our trip. Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast.

It is located close to the international airport. We were in transit, we spent there only a day, but we felt comfortable, the staff was friendly and the food varied and tasteful Outside was cold and rainy, but the temperature inside was comfortable The air conditioner did not make any noise .

The staff was wonderful and the food a much higher quantity than I expected. The rooms are small and have just basic amenities. But clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. One major thing that was missing was a full length mirror. The dining room was exceptional and nicely appointed. Since I had a very early flight I did not experience the breakfast buffet. But based on the set-up and the food I had for dinner, I am sure it was much better than average. There was a early bird case with fruit, muffins and yogurt to go. The staff made the stay very pleasant and the risotto was the best I have ever eaten. And not to be missed is the chocolate cherry cake. The shuttle to the airport was 5 minutes and the driver was there to take us at 3 am with a smile. The highway is right outside the door. And free parking in back and plentiful. A very nice place for a short stay.

Staff: Ana and Alina were amazing. They really catered to our needs and went above and beyond for us. Alina gave us some great sightseeing tips and even gave us a great plan to follow which worked perfectly. Ana helped us when we were being scammed by Uber drivers at Therme. When they realised we were headed for the airport they would accept our ride then cancel it and offer to take us for €15 (Uber was €7). He said there was no point looking elsewhere as they would all cancel me. Which they did and laughed about it. Thankfully, upon contacting Ana helped us out and was able to help us get to the airport. We were very grateful as she helped out of a very very intimidating situation. The decoration was really nice. We loved the layout of the hotel and the simplicity of it. There was a lot of dust in the room. Not visible dust but as we were both allergic to dust we really felt it. Also the room was extremely hot. Reception or cleaner were not able to help us so we just left the window open. The bathroom was relatively clean however the toilet could have done with a clean on the outside as there was residue on it.

Modern-looking hotel with all the needed amenities, including a restaurant! The rooms were a good size with a nice big shower. I really appreciate it when the showers have the shampoo and body wash in containers on the wall—no silly, throw-away small containers. There were snacks for sale in the lobby. The restaurant prices were good, and the salad I had was nice and crisp. The free shuttle was excellent, even if the driver was a bit grumpy. It was 5 a.m., though, so fair enough. The location is just a few minutes from the airport! The elevator is so perfect for the handicapped. We asked for a shower stool, and they went out of their way to find one - thank you! Front desk gentleman was friendly and very helpful and made sure mum and I had rooms next to each other. Very appreciated.
